Brussels, 08/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - In line with the common policy approach relating to the Community patent defined by the Council on 3 March last (EUROPE 4 March 2003 p 8), the European Commission adopted at the end of December, a draft decision that will vest the Court of Justice of the European Communities with exclusive jurisdiction in disputes over the Community patent.
