Commission calls on United Kingdom to comply with ruling on free movement of capital

Brussels, 08/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission decided to send a letter of formal notice to remind the United Kingdom of its obligation to comply with the Court of Justice's ruling of 13 May 2003.
