Reasoned opinion against seven Member States over electronic communications

Brussels, 18/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to send reasoned opinions against eight Member States for failure to notify transposition measures after the passing of the deadline for implementation of the new regulatory framework for electronic communications. The Member States concerned are Belgium, Germany, Greece, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.
