Union representatives should show interest in fate of children involved in armed conflict

Brussels, 10/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The External Relations Council has approved "EU Guidelines on Children and Armed Conflict". The Council's document points out that, during the last decade, armed conflicts are estimated to have claimed the lives of over two million children and maimed six million more.
