10/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and South Africa foresee beginning negotiations next year on conditions for liberalisation of the trade in automotive products by 2010. Both parties tabled proposals that will form the basis for negotiation that should begin in April 2004, they said in a joint declaration adopted on Tuesday after technical talks in Johannesburg.
