10/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - European Commissioner for humanitarian aid, Poul Nielson, is worried by the closing of the refugee camp in Alina, Ingouchia by the Russian and Ingouchian authorities. Mr Nielson is said to be very worried by this new closure of the refugee camp "right in the middle of the Caucasian winter".
