10/12/2003 (Agence Europe) -The External Relations Council adopted on Tuesday without debate its decision to set in place the joint action 2003/472/CFSP on the EU's cooperation programme for disarmament and non-proliferation in Russia. The EU will provide a financial contribution of EUR 5.5 million for specific projects (such as infrastructure conversion).
