Commission proposes to prepare Balkans for part in Community programmes and agencies

Brussels, 05/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission adopted a communication aimed at preparing participation of the Balkan States that are part of the Stabilisation and Association Process - Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro - in Community programmes and agencies.
