Brussels, 05/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - the Irish Presidency will be inaugurated on 6 January by the traditional meeting of the government of the country that is assuming the Presidency of the European Commission. the following Ministerial meetings are expected to take place in the first half of 2004, according to the most recent draft calendar:
