European summit of December, IGC progress - European fraud, fisheries

Brussels, 28/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Mini-session on 3-4 December in Brussels, following Naples conclave and before European Council of December will be largely focusing on the European Constitution and the Brussels summit. Other major issues to be raised: European governance, fight against fraud, fisheries policy. The following detailed agenda is likely to be amended:
