Italian text threatens national sovereignty, says Bonde

Brussels, 28/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Danish President of the Group for a Europe of Democracies and Diversities (EDD), Jens-Peter Bonde, considers the Italian proposals on the Constitution are another step towards elimination of national sovereignty.
