Partial political agreement expected on modernisation of regulation 1408 on coordination of social security systems

Brussels, 28/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Employment and Social Affairs Ministers from the enlarged Europe will be meeting on Monday 1 December in Brussels under the Chairmanship of Italian Ministers Roberto Maroni (Work and Social Policies) and Stefania Prestiacomo (Equal Opportunities). Anna Diamantopoulou will be representing the Commission in the part on "Employment/Social Policies".
