28/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Socialist Group of the European Parliament has confirmed in a press release that it plans to reintroduce amendments on worker consultation in the text of the Takeover Directive during the plenary debate on 16 December. The Lehne report had been adopted on Thursday in parliamentary committee by 19 votes to 10 and 2 abstentions.
