Brussels, 05/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 5 November the European Commission decided to propose a directive on "equal treatment between men and women for access to and supply of goods and services". This proposal was the subject of discussion at the College but did not give rise to a vote, with most Commissioners agreeing with the content (EUROPE 5 November p 13).
