Brussels, 04/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the end of the tenth EU/Albania inter-parliamentary meeting in Tirana on 27-28 October, the two delegations adopted a common declaration in which they highlighted the continued reform of the electoral system and the improvement of the legal framework on property.
