04/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels, Gordon Brown reaffirmed before the press his country's policy against tax harmonisation. "We have to be explicit in saying that this has to be ruled out in the final decisions of the IGC", he insisted. (see also yesterday's EUROPE, p.6).
