United Kingdom and four other Member States are still against the publication of quarterly financial reports by companies within the framework of Transparency Directive

Brussels, 04/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday in Brussels, the Ecofin Council confirmed the divergence that prevails between Member States over the Transparency Directive (which sets out the regular information to be provided by companies quoted on the stock markets).
