29/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - We apologise to our readers for the error that slipped into the article on page 16 in yesterday's version of the bulletin. Silvio Berlusconi was mistakenly referred to as the "Spanish Prime Minister", when of course he is the Prime Minister of Italy.
