Brussels, 16/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has begun legal proceeding against eight Member States of the EU, which have failed to notify it of the national transposition measures of the directive on the interoperability of conventional rail, which aims to facilitate trains operating on the trans-European network.
