Brussels, 16/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - During a hearing of the EP Liberal Group on European Defence, leader Graham Watson said: "Guy Verhofstadt was mocked in some quarters when he launched his defence initiative with France, Germany and Luxembourg in April.
