Brussels, 16/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The next European Parliament session, on Wednesday, will allow for an assessment to be made of the results achieved during the European Council on 16 and 17 October in Brussels. This should take place in the presence of Silvio Berlusconi. On Thursday, the Parliament will vote, in first reading, on the draft EU budget for 2004 (see EUROPE of 15 October, p.10), after a debate on Tuesday.
