14/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday the European Parliament did not adopt the redrafted report of Manuel Medina Ortega (PES, Spain) on European Commission communications for simplifying and improving Community regulation. This report was sent to the committee, with the Socialist group seeking its adaptation to the inter-institutional agreement (see above).
