Report on petitions gives low-down for 2002-2003: increased demand, recurrent subjects and ineffective cooperation of Council

Strasbourg, 01/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament has adopted the report of Laura González Alvarez (Izquierda Unida) on the decisions of the petitions committee during 2002-03. The number of petitions continues to increase.
