Commission takes Bull case to Court of Justice

Brussels, 01/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - As expected the European Commission announced on Wednesday that it would be going to the Court of Justice because, "France failed in its duty to recuperate the loan of EUR 450 million granted to Bull", announced Commissioner Mario Monti. The Commissioner pointed out that aid had been authorised on 14 November 2002 on the condition of being recuperated on 17 June 2003 at the latest.
