01/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EP has amended in 2nd reading, the multi-annual budget programme (2003-2005), followed by eEurope 2005 action plan, diffusion of good practices and improved information network security (Modinis). Funding will be EUR 21 million. An initial Commission "compromise" proposal (EUR 25 million and Council position (20 million).
