Call for interparliamentary forum on european defence

Brussels, 26/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Taking the floor at a conference in Baveno (Italy), the President of the Western European Union - The Interparliamentary European Security and Defence Assembly, Marcel Glesener, declared that a "message from Baveno to the IGC" would contain a call to develop an interparliamentary forum that would allow EU national parliamentarians to play a full part in European Security and Defence Policy by supporting it and explaining developments to the electorate,...
