During first European Youth Week, Viviane Reding announces publication of new youth programme early 2004

Brussels, 26/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The first European Youth Week, to be held from 29 September to 5 October in over 30 countries taking part in the Youth Programme (2000-2006), will allow the positive results of the programme to be highlighted as well as the cooperation policy achievements that the Commission and the Council of Youth Ministers have set in place at European level further to the White Paper on a fresh impetus for European youth, approved by the Member States.
