26/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised Amcor Ltd to take exclusive control of the Amcor Flexibles Europe company. This subsidiary has until now been jointly controlled by the British and Danish parent group Danisco A/S. The deal was given the go-ahead according to accelerated procedure.
