Italian Defence Minister says Summit of Three will not necessarily exclude Italy

Brussels, 18/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Italian Defence Minister, Antonio Martino, yesterday took stock of various dossiers underway at a meeting with Javier Solana, High Representative for Foreign Policy.
