The German company CELANESE is hoping to part company with its subsidiary NUTRINOVA (annual turnover of 161 million EUR). It is looking at several options such as partnership, or setting up a joint company. NUTRINOVA, a specialist in food ingredients such as low-calorie sugar for use in drinks, represents 3.7% of CELANESE's annual turnover.
