Brussels, 16/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - During the second September plenary session of 22-25 September in Strasbourg, the European Parliament is expected to call on the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) to respect the draft Constitution as elaborated by the European Convention (see EUROPE 11 September 2003 p 7) and will debate the fallout of the failure of the WTO conference in Cancun. The EP is also expected to agree to the nomination, as from 1 November, of Jean-Claud Trichet as the Head...
