Towards conditional clearance for GE/Instrumentarium

Brussels, 01/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to Reuters, the European Commission is preparing to make conditional clearance, on Tuesday, for acquisition of the Finnish medical equipment supplier Instrumentarium by the American conglomerate, General. The Commission has made no comment while specifying that the matter would be on the agenda of its weekly meeting.
