Swiss KUHNE & NAGEL has acquired 25% of the Brazilian company DEICMAR for an undisclosed amount. The agreement provides that KUHNE & NAGEL may take over control in three years of this company with which it tried to create a joint venture two years ago, an attempt that failed.
