Gröner report proposes budgetary envelope of 50 million euros for Daphne II

Brussels, 01/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament will, during Tuesday's plenary, debate the report by German Social Democrat Lissy Gröner on the second phase of the action programme, Daphne II, to prevent violence to children, adolescents and women, and protecting victims and high-risk groups.
