Canadian BOMBARDIER (turnover CAD 5.26 billion in 2002-03) has sold, for the sum of CAD 1.225 billion, its recreational division ("Ski-Doo" jetskis and "Lynx" snowmobiles, outboard motors "Evinrude" and "Johnson", as well as all terrain vehicles) to a group of investors including members of the Bombardier family (35%) alongside the American fund BAIN CAPITAL (50%) and the CAISSE DE DEPOT ET PLACEMENT DU QUEBEC (15%).
