The French-Dutch information service company ATOS ORIGIN (turnover EUR 762.6 million during the second quarter 2003) has sold its Hungarian subsidiary to SYNERGON INFORMATION SYSTEMS for an undisclosed amount. Its operations in Hungary represent an annual turnover of EUR 5 million.
