28/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - German foreign minister Joschka Fischer has again warned against attempting to amend the draft Constitutional Treaty. Addressing the Bundestag on 24 July, he said the German government wanted the draft text drawn up by the European Convention to be adopted now, adding that if other EU governments wanted to make amendments, so would the German government.
