28/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Having decided at the last "bovine meat" management committee to increase the sum of advances for bovine premiums paid to EU farmers in order to balance out the impact of heat-waves (EUROPE of 26 July 2003, p.7), the EU is to look at measures which could be taken to help arable producers, at the "cereals" management committee of 31 July.
