Rheinmetall to take exclusive control of STN Atlas

Brussels, 28/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the German producer of military equipment, Rheinmetall, to take exclusive control of the German producer of electronic fire control systems, STN Atlas. The latter was previously 51% held by Rheinmetall and 49% by BAE Systems.
