Brussels, 03/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - By adopting the report by Johannes Blokland (EDD, Netherlands)on Thursday in Strasbourg, which assessed the 2002 report of the European Central Bank (ECB), the European Parliament is again welcoming this organisation's successful introduction of Euro coins and notes, while regretting the effects of this operation on inflation (notably in the services sector).
