03/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday in Strasbourg, the European Parliament confirmed the agreement in second reading of the Parliament/Council on the directive that will establish from 2005 a Community trading system in greenhouse gas emissions, in application of the Kyoto Protocol on climate change (for details see EUROPE 28 June p 8).
