03/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to accelerated procedure, the European Commission has authorised the setting up of a joint venture called TTG Hearst BV, between HMI International Holding (communications groups from the US, Hearts Corporation and from the Netherlands, De Telegraaf) and Tijdschriften Groep (media). The company will publish and distribute the Dutch version of the Cosmogirl in Belgium and the Netherlands.
