23/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Using the simplified procedure, the European Commission has cleared a joint venture, Naturcorp I S.A., which is to be active in distribution and supply of gas in Spain. Hidroeléctrica del Cantábrico S.A. (Spain), Energie Baden-Württemberg Atkiengessellschaft (Germany), Caja de Ahorros de Asturias (Spain) and Ente Vasco de la Energía (EVE) (Spain) will jointly control the new entity. The Commission also have the go-ahead in the Netherlands to investment group...
