23/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Health and Consumer Protection, David Byrne, and the Greek Health Minister, Costas Stefanis, signed on the part of the Greek EU Presidency, on 16 June, the framework convention for tobacco control on behalf of the EU.
