19/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - On the initiative of the Hellenic Republic, the adoption of a Council regulation on the creation of a network of "Immigration" liaison officers has appeared in the Official Journal C 140 on 14 June 2003. The creation of this network is planned for the management of the external EU borders, adopted on 13 June by the Council.
