Mr Cox calls for maintenance of balanced result achieved by Convention

Porto Carras, 19/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Council of Thessaloniki opened on Thursday evening in Porto Carras, with a significant delay. The delay was linked to the beating rain that disturbed the arrival of the delegations transported in helicopter from Thessaloniki to what can only be described as an encampment at a beach resort 100 kilometres away.
