Brussels, 27/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - During a press conference in Brussels on Tuesday, the President of the European Parliament's committee on foreign affairs, Elmar Brok, harshly criticised the revised version of the first part of the draft Constitutional Treaty which the Presidium of the Convention has just circulated (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.5).
