Green light for acquisition of Pura by Archer Daniels Midland

Brussels, 03/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - the Commission has authorised the US agribusiness Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) to acquire via its British subsidiary, Pura, in a public bid launched on 7 February Pura is a specialist in the refining, processing and packing of edible oils and fats, mainly in the UK and other North Western countries.
