Brussels, 03/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament will no doubt give its assent to membership of the EU by ten new Member States on 9 April in Strasbourg, despite the indignation in its ranks at the inclusion of post-enlargement costs in an annex to the draft Accession Treaty (see EUROPE of 2 April, p.6).
