ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

Spanish banking group CAIXA CATALUNYA has become the reference shareholder of RIOFISA, the real estate subsidiary of the LOSANTOS family, by acquiring a 20% stake. The operation was carried out at the same time as a capital increase by a sum of 93 million euros. LOSANTOS had previously controlled 100% of its subsidiary.
